You as Infinite Being

I am Infinite Being - Give Your Dream Wings Marianne Soucy On your path to making your dream come true and to share your gifts and your light with the world, your limiting thoughts and beliefs about yourself and what you can do, and what is possible, can be a major stumbling block for you. Limiting beliefs may come from your own mind, but they originate from what you learned from family, friends or authority figures while growing up, or perhaps from a traumatic experience. In the Sacred Spirit Journey I will share today, we find inspiration and support to expand our view of who we are and what is truly possible for us. This journey will inspire you to experience yourself as Infinite Being. As I begin the journey, I hear my spirit guide say:

“Your being is much more vast than what you can perceive”.

I feel as if I’m traveling through space, and the instructions continue:

“As we travel through space, you are also traveling through your own being, for you are as vast as the infinite universe; you are infinite. Recognize that what you have been seeing as “you” is but a fraction of what you truly are.”

“You can get a feeling or sense of that by watching your thoughts and feelings. You may sometimes identify with the thoughts you have (about yourself) or with your feelings – but as you watch your thoughts, you will notice that they change constantly while the you who is watching is constant.”

“The same experience of the “watcher” you can get when you think of your whole life. Remember living through or experiencing your life; while you have changed physically and in many other ways, there is a part of you that has experienced or watched all that. A part that is unchanging – almost like watching or being in a movie.”

“When you become able to shift your perspective like that, then it becomes easier for you to break old habits, change your belief systems, dream bolder dreams, and create the life of your dreams.”

“Let your thought or affirmation for today be:

I am Infinite Being”

Marianne: “Have you got an action step for us?” My spirit guide says:

“Repeat the affirmation “I am Infinite Being” while focusing on and experiencing your heart space. Feel how it expands with every breath. Experience infinite space around you, and within you. And find me there, ready to guide you on your path through life as you choose to live from the heart. I appear to each in a way they can relate to – how does compassion look and feel to you? Know that I am always with you; you are not alone on your path but always loved and supported.”

Action steps

The first step to break habits and change beliefs is to become aware of them, so first write down some of the limiting beliefs you have that are preventing you from believing in and following your dreams. Then try the affirmation and the breath exercise described above, while contemplating the insights from above that you are not your thoughts. Practice being the watcher.
